SUNS Tech has entered into one of its most comprehensive international partnerships to date. Under our agreement with Prague-based software company Buinsoft, we provide outsourced software development services for projects across 5 countries. The work covers web applications, mobile solutions and enterprise software systems.

For us, this partnership is more than a new client. Building products for the needs of different markets, sharing processes with an international team and delivering at a global scale directly strengthen our team’s experience and the way we work.

Who Is Buinsoft?

Buinsoft is a software and technology company headquartered in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. The company runs projects across several European countries. It provides services in business software, IT consulting and digital transformation. Its areas of expertise also include DevOps, cloud solutions, data integration and mobile app development. Meeting a growing project volume across such a wide geography calls for a reliable development partner. That’s where SUNS Tech comes in.

Scope of the Partnership

Under the agreement, we serve as the development team for Buinsoft’s projects in Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Spain and the United Kingdom. Our work focuses on three main areas:

  • Web applications: Multilingual, scalable web platforms serving end users in different countries

  • Mobile solutions: User-focused mobile apps for iOS and Android

  • Enterprise software systems: Enterprise solutions that digitalize business processes and integrate with existing systems

Every market has its own user habits, language requirements and legal framework. So instead of copying a single template across five countries, we build market-specific solutions on top of a shared technical foundation.

How We Run the Outsourcing Model

The success of an outsourcing partnership often depends less on technical skill and more on how well two teams work together. That’s why, from day one, we gave processes as much attention as the code itself.

Working as part of the team

We don’t position ourselves as an external vendor taking on tasks, but as an extension of Buinsoft’s development team. We follow the same backlog, keep the same sprint rhythm and deliver to the same quality standards. This keeps any “us versus them” divide from forming between the two teams.

Shared tools, shared processes

We use shared tools for task tracking, code management and documentation. Every change goes through code review, and deliveries move through a defined pipeline. As a result, both companies’ teams can follow the project’s real-time status from a single source.

Close time zones, fast communication

The time difference between Turkey and Central Europe is only 1–2 hours. That gives us a wide window of shared working hours, so questions get answered without waiting until the next day. Regular meetings and demos let us make decisions quickly and discuss potential risks early.

Different Markets, Different Requirements

Developing software for five different countries requires far more planning than a single-market project. Here are the main requirements we deal with and how we approach them:

RequirementWhat it meansHow we handle it
Multilingual structureDelivering the interface and content in each market’s languageBuilding localization into the architecture from the start
Local formatsDifferences in currency, date, address and tax formatsModules configurable per market
Legal complianceData protection regulations such as GDPR in EU countries and UK GDPR in the United KingdomDefining data processing rules for each market at the design stage
User habitsDifferences in payment methods and usage expectationsEvaluating user flows separately for each market

This experience builds know-how that will directly benefit every client of ours looking to expand into new countries.

What This Partnership Brings to SUNS Tech

  • Global experience: Hands-on practice building products for the real needs of different markets

  • International process maturity: The ability to work to the same standards with teams from different countries

  • Scalable delivery: An operating structure capable of developing for multiple markets in parallel

  • Reference value: A long-term partnership with a Europe-based technology company “Our partnership with Buinsoft shows that we don’t see outsourcing as simply providing capacity. We take ownership of our partner’s goals as if they were our own and work to deliver the same quality in every market.” — Nezire Tosun, Co-Founder, SUNS Tech

Why a Software Partner from Turkey?

For technology companies in Europe, Turkey is becoming an increasingly strong option for outsourced software development. Close time zones make real-time collaboration possible. A strong technical talent pool provides support across a wide range of technologies. A competitive cost structure helps partners use their budgets more efficiently. At SUNS Tech, we combine these advantages with transparent processes and delivery discipline.

Our International Growth Strategy

The outsourcing model is a key part of SUNS Tech’s strategy to grow its international partnerships sustainably. The model offers us two important benefits. First, by working with partners who know their local markets well, we share the risks of entering those markets directly. Second, with each new partnership, we bring our processes a step closer to international standards.

In the period ahead, we aim to deepen our partnership with Buinsoft and establish new international partnerships built on a similar model.
