Growth continued with 15+ successful deliveries in 2026

For SUNS Tech, 2026 has been a year in which growth showed up in the numbers. We doubled our project portfolio compared to the previous year and successfully delivered more than 15 projects. Working across web, mobile and enterprise software for clients in different industries, our priority stayed the same: delivering software on time, software that works reliably and creates real value for our clients’ businesses.

In this post, we want to share not just the results but how we got there. For us, growth doesn’t mean taking on more projects. It means delivering every project we take on at the same level of quality.

The number of projects alone isn’t a meaningful indicator. What matters is maintaining delivery quality and client experience as the workload grows. That was our main focus throughout 2026.

The Approach Behind the Growth

Defining scope from the start

Most problems in software projects appear before a single line of code is written. Unclear expectations, features added late and misunderstood business rules are the usual culprits. That’s why every project starts with a discovery phase. We don’t make technical decisions until we understand our client’s business goals, users and constraints. At the end of discovery, the agreed decisions, open questions and risks are put in writing. Both sides move forward looking at the same picture, and the chance of surprises during the project drops significantly.

Building scalable architecture

It’s possible to get a project up and running quickly for today’s needs. Building a structure that can carry a growing user base and new features two years from now takes a different discipline. We document our architectural decisions along with the reasoning behind them. We finalize the data model and the API contract before development begins. This speeds up development. It also leaves a solid foundation for any team that extends the project later.

Transparent communication

We want our clients to know where their project stands without having to ask. That’s why we work with regular demos, visible task tracking and an early warning principle. When a risk or a potential delay comes up, we share it right away rather than waiting until the last minute, and we work out the solution together with our client. We believe trust isn’t earned when everything goes smoothly. It’s earned by how you act when things get difficult.

Expertise in Three Areas

Working across industries gives us an important advantage. A solution pattern we develop in one industry can be adapted to a similar problem in another. For example, a user experience lesson learned in an ordering flow can help us improve a booking process in a completely different field. This accumulated experience increases both our speed and our accuracy with every new project.

Scaling Quality

As the number of projects grows, quality can’t depend on individual effort. What protects quality is a set of processes that everyone applies the same way. In 2026, we focused on standardizing these processes:

• Code review: Every change is reviewed by at least one teammate before it goes live.

• Automated testing and CI/CD: Critical flows are covered by automated tests, and deployments run through a pipeline rather than by hand.

• Separate test environment: Clients try out and approve new features in a staging environment before they go live.

• Documentation: Architectural decisions, APIs and setup steps are documented, so knowledge never depends on a single person’s memory.

At first glance, these processes might seem to slow things down. In practice, they significantly reduce the time spent on debugging and rework, which shortens delivery times.

Team and Technical Capacity

SUNS Tech is a focused team with deep technical expertise. Instead of the layered structure of large organizations, we use a model where clients talk directly to the team building their project. This speeds up decision-making and prevents information from getting lost in handoffs.

As the number of projects grew, so did our team. We’ve made it a habit to learn and experiment with new technologies before we need them. 2. New industries: Bringing our experience to the digitalization needs of industries we haven’t worked in yet.

3. Growing the team: Strengthening our technical team so we can meet growing demand without compromising on quality.

4. Deepening our processes: Making every stage, from discovery to delivery, more measurable and predictable.
